Damage & Loss Policy
What happens if a crate, dolly, or lid comes back damaged or does not come back at all. Cleaning is on us — we sanitize every crate between moves.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancel free any time up to 48 hours before delivery. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is retained and everything else is refunded.
