How many crates do I actually need?

Our packages are sized by bedrooms: 10 crates for a 1 bedroom, 20 for a 2-3 bedroom and 40 for a 3+ bedroom home. If you run short, add 5 more crates for $25 per week from your dashboard.

How long can I keep the crates?

Rental is by the week with a one-week minimum. You can extend at any time from your dashboard and you'll only be billed for the weeks you keep them.

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes. Delivery to your current address and pickup from your new address are included in every package. Crates also come with a heavy-duty dolly.

When do I pay?

A 25% deposit is collected when you reserve. The remaining balance is due before your delivery date, and any add-ons are billed to the same account.

What if my move date changes?

Update your delivery or pickup date in your dashboard. As long as it's before delivery day there's no change fee.

How clean are the crates?

Accepted Answer

Every crate is washed and inspected between moves. Anything cracked or scuffed beyond use gets pulled from the fleet and recycled.

What can't go in a crate?

Accepted Answer

No hazardous materials, flammables, perishable food or live plants. Everything else — books, kitchenware, clothes, electronics — is fair game.
